L2 Security Engineer — AMK

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for security infrastructure.

• Monitor security systems and bandwidth usage, and resolve issues promptly.

• Log, update and track support tickets to meet SLA requirements.

• Work with vendors and relevant teams on issues requiring further support.

• Carry out scheduled maintenance and firmware updates for security equipment at the data centre.

• Plan and implement approved changes to security infrastructure.

• Handle service requests and change requests assigned by the team lead.

• Ensure work complies with established policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field.

• At least 3 years of experience in security administration.

• Relevant IT security certifications would be an advantage.
