L3 BI Analyst Programmer

Salary: ₱50,000 – ₱70,000 per month

Key Technical Requirements

Business Intelligence & Data Analytics

• Strong experience in BI and data analytics environments.

• Advanced SQL development skills using SQL-based databases and tools such as SSMS.

• Experience with modern data platforms including Databricks and Python.

• Knowledge of Azure Data Factory (ADF) or similar data orchestration tools.

• Development and support of reports/dashboards using tools such as Qlik or SAP BusinessObjects.

• Experience handling large datasets and understanding data modeling concepts such as star schemas and dimensional modeling.

Reporting & BI Tools

• Experience with SAP BusinessObjects reporting and universe design.

• Familiarity with semantic layer design using Information Design Tool (IDT).

• Knowledge of Central Management Console (CMC) or similar BI administration tools.

• Experience supporting enterprise BI production environments and using Microsoft Excel.

Data Engineering

• Experience with ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines.

• Understanding of enterprise data integration patterns.

• Ability to troubleshoot data quality, performance, and reporting issues.

Collaboration & Leadership

• Ability to mentor engineers and contribute to technical initiatives.

• Participate in troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and production support activities.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with SAP BW or BW on HANA (BWHANA) data modeling and reporting.
