What You’ll Be Doing:

• Designing and delivering identity, access and endpoint security uplift activities
• Supporting Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Intune environments
• Delivering high-quality managed IT services across hybrid customer environments
• Supporting cloud migration projects across email and collaboration platforms
• Resolving incidents and service requests aligned to defined standards
• Handling escalated identity, endpoint and cloud issues
• Leading and managing the technical team
• Contributing to automation, optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives
• Improving documentation and operational processes

What You’ll Bring:

• Strong hands-on Microsoft 365 experience
• Solid Entra ID and Intune knowledge
• Experience supporting SharePoint Online
• Exposure to cloud migrations and modern workplace environments
• Ability to work across multi-tenant customer environments
• Professional communication skills and customer-facing experience
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capability
• Team-first mindset with a willingness to keep learning

Nice To Have:

• PowerShell scripting or automation experience
• Azure exposure or Azure fundamentals
• Hyper-V or virtualisation experience
• Broader cloud or identity platform exposure
• Interest in Zero Trust and modern security operations

Certifications - Desirable:

• MS-900
• AZ-900
• MD-102
• SC-300

Or willingness to work through structured certification pathways.
