Role & responsibilities



Omnissa Horizon / EUC Engineer Short JD

• 8+ years of IT Infrastructure experience with 4+ years in Omnissa/VMware Horizon & EUC.
• Strong hands-on experience in Horizon, Workspace ONE Access and DEM.
• Experience in enterprise VDI deployment, administration and troubleshooting.
• Good knowledge of ESXi, vSphere, Windows Server and HCI.
• Experience with AWS, Azure and hybrid cloud environments.
• Knowledge of 3rd-party IDM integration, DNS, TCP/IP, routing and switching.
• Experience in log analysis and basic scripting/automation.
• Ability to create HLD, LLD and solution documents.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good customer/stakeholder and vendor management skills.
• Willing to work US/UK shifts and rotational on-call/night shifts.
• Omnissa/VMware or AWS/Azure certifications preferred.
