L3 Intune Device Specialist

The L3 Intune device specialist will be responsible for the deployment, configuration, management, and support of applications across workstation and mobile devices within the organization. This role requires working closely with Unified Endpoint Manager and other UEM specialists to ensure a cohesive approach to endpoint and application management.

Work Model: Hybrid working (3 days/week in office)

Work Hours: CET Time zone (9 hours)

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement standardized processes for the deployment and configuration of applications on workstation and mobile devices.
  • Ensure that applications are configured according to company policies and best practices.
  • Manage application packaging, distribution, and updates for workstations and mobile devices.
  • Monitor and maintain the health and performance of applications on both platforms.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for application-related issues.
  • Manage application inventory and lifecycle, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and decommissioning.
  • Collaborate with IT, cybersecurity, and other relevant teams for application security and compliance.
  • Implement and manage security measures, including whitelisting and patch management.
  • Document application configurations, processes, and support procedures.
  • Develop and deliver training programs on application best practices.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in application management or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of application deployment and management tools.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to application security.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with Microsoft Intune.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, CompTIA A+, ITIL) are a plus.

Other Details

The position requires a candidate to be well-versed in both workstations and mobile devices applications management. The work model is hybrid, requiring presence in the office three days a week in the CET time zone.
