L3/L4 Front End Developer

Salary: $45k - $60k p.m.

Core Responsibilities

• Cross-Platform & Web Engineering: Design, build, and maintain scalable mobile applications using React Native with TypeScript and responsive web applications using React JS.
• API & Data Integration: Architect robust data flows by consuming and optimizing GraphQL APIs, managing client-side caching, real-time data sync, and asynchronous state.
• Architecture & UI/UX: Deliver smooth, accessible, and native-feeling user experiences across iOS, Android, and web platforms, adhering to high financial-grade security and design standards.
• Quality & Automation: Write clean, testable code with strong unit, integration, and E2E test coverage (e.g., Jest, Detox, Cypress) and manage automated mobile/web CI/CD pipelines.
• Production Reliability & Performance: Monitor client-side performance, reduce bundle sizes, ensure smooth frame rates on mobile, resolve operational incidents, and ensure high reliability.

Key Qualifications & Experience

• Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in React Native with TypeScript, React JS, and modern state management patterns.
• Data & API Design: Proven production experience integrating and querying complex GraphQL APIs, managing fragments, caching layers, and handling offline-first mobile states.
• Mobile & Web Ecosystem: Hands-on experience with native mobile build tooling (Xcode, Android Studio, App Store/Google Play deployment pipelines) alongside modern web tooling (Vite, Webpack).
• Quality & DevOps: Familiarity with automated testing frameworks, continuous delivery pipelines, and cloud environments (e.g., AWS).
• Modern Tooling: Familiarity with AI-assisted software development workflows.
• Soft Skills & Ownership: Strong cross-functional collaboration with backend engineers, UX designers, and product managers; active communication; and end-to-end ownership of client applications.
