L3 Network Engineer (Voice / Unified Communications)

We're partnering with a well-established and growing Managed Services Provider (MSP) in Adelaide to recruit an experienced L3 Network Engineer with Voice / Unified Communications expertise.
This is a hands-on technical role suited to a strong Network Engineer who understands how to configure, optimise and troubleshoot networks for voice and VoIP solutions.
What we're looking for:
- Strong L3 networking experience across routing, switching, VLANs, QoS and firewalls.
- Proven experience working within an MSP environment.
- Hands-on troubleshooting and configuration of network infrastructure.
- Practical exposure to VoIP, SIP, voice traffic and IP telephony.
- Ability to configure and troubleshoot networks supporting voice/UC solutions.
Highly Desirable:
- RingCentral, Telstra TIPT or other hosted voice platforms.
- Teams Calling, Direct Routing or Webex Calling.
- Session Border Controllers (SBCs), Cisco Collaboration, BroadSoft/BroadWorks or UCaaS platforms.
We're open to experienced L3 Network Engineers with genuine voice exposure - you don't need to be a dedicated UC specialist!
