L3 Network & System Engineer

Position: Network Expert L3 (5 to 10 Years Experience)

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Network Expert (L3) to join our core infrastructure team. This role involves designing and implementing mission-critical network infrastructure that powers Zybisys multi-datacenter public cloud, GPU cloud platform, and f intech-grade cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong architecture skills, deep understanding of datacenter network fabrics, and hands-on expertise in open networking ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities :

• Architect and build backbone Internet infrastructure and hyperscale-grade connectivity to host Zybisys' multi-datacenter public cloud.
  
• Develop SDN-based network designs and deploy solutions similar to AWS Direct Connect, Virtual Routers, and Virtual Network Interfaces.
  
• Design and implement SD-WAN solutions optimized for latency-sensitive and high reliability customer use cases.
  
• Architect control plane and data plane fabrics to ensure efficient traffic segregation across cloud workloads.
  
• Design overlay networks leveraging VXLAN for VMware Cloud, OpenStack, and OpenShift environments.
  
• Provide deep troubleshooting expertise across routing protocols including BGP, OSPF, IGRP, Evpn and EIGRP.
  
• Design network monitoring and observability frameworks using sFlow, NetFlow, and modern telemetry platforms.
  
• Leverage open networking platforms such as SONiC OS, Open vSwitch, or similar open source network operating systems.
  
• Manage lifecycle automation for network infrastructure, including security patching, firmware upgrades, and configuration consistency in live production networks.
  
• Conduct continuous performance monitoring and propose architecture improvements for network optimization.
  
• Engineer multi-region datacenter connectivity solutions, including dark fibre deployment and cross-connect topologies.
  
• Utilize Docker and Linux-based networking for containerized infrastructure environments.
  
• Automate tasks using Python, Bash, or Golang scripting for operational efficiency and rapid deployment.
  

Skills & Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in large-scale cloud network design and datacenter interconnect architecture.
  
• Proven track record with SDN, VXLAN, BGP, OSPF, and multi-region deployments.
  
• Hands-on exposure to open networking ecosystems and Linux networking fundamentals.
  
• Strong analytical and debugging skills with a mindset for high availability and automation.
