L3 Security Operations Center Analyst - Threat Hunting

Role : SOC Analyst L3

We are looking for a technically strong SOC Analyst L3 to lead advanced threat hunting, complex security incident investigations, and detection engineering initiatives within the Security Operations Center (SOC).

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead proactive threat hunting activities to identify suspicious behaviour, emerging threats, and potential security breaches.

- Lead investigations into high-severity and complex security incidents and coordinate response activities.

- Develop and implement advanced detection strategies, correlation logic, and security use cases.

- Leverage SIEM and other security platforms for advanced security event analysis and threat detection.

- Provide technical guidance and support to L1 and L2 SOC analysts during complex investigations.

- Drive improvements in incident response readiness, investigation documentation, and operational processes.

Must-Have Skills :

- Strong expertise in advanced threat hunting and security event analysis.

- Experience handling complex security incident investigations and response coordination.

- Strong understanding of cyberattack techniques, including malware activity, lateral movement, privilege escalation, persistence, and data exfiltration.

- Hands-on knowledge of SIEM tools and security monitoring platforms.

- Expertise in detection strategy, detection engineering, correlation logic, and security use-case development.

- Technical leadership capabilities, including mentoring and guiding L1/L2 SOC analysts.

Preferred Certifications :

- CISSP, CompTIA Security+, CCIE Security.
