L4 MSP Project Engineer | Remote, Night Shift

Salary: ₱120,000 – ₱140,000 per month
The Role
You’ll be the senior engineer in a dedicated seat with a managed services provider. You’ll run infrastructure projects end to end: scoping the technical work, doing the builds and migrations yourself, and handling the cutover. You’ll also be the escalation point for junior and after-hours engineers and talk directly with end customers. This is hands-on engineering, not an architecture or management role.
Who This Is For
You work at an MSP now, or did recently, and you’ve delivered projects across many client environments. If most of your experience is in-house IT for a single company, this role won’t be a fit.
Requirements
10+ years in infrastructure engineering, including senior or escalation-level work at an MSP
Projects you built and cut over yourself, which you can walk us through
M365 tenant-to-tenant and Google Workspace to M365 migrations using BitTitan or a similar tool
Intune, Conditional Access, hybrid AD / Entra ID and MFA rollouts
Windows Server and Hyper-V builds and upgrades, including VMware to Hyper-V
On-prem to Azure migrations
Strong FortiGate configuration, for both new deployments and replacements
Daily use of a PSA, an RMM and a documentation platform (e.g. Autotask, Kaseya, IT Glue)
Clear spoken and written English, because you’ll lead customer calls
Careful, detail-driven work. One wrong firewall rule or CA policy can take a customer down.
Nice to Have
Meraki, SonicWall, Aruba or Fortinet switching. SASE / zero trust, SSO, EDR, email security, DNS filtering, PAM. SharePoint migrations, RDS, AVD. AZ-104, AZ-305, MS-102, MD-102 or Fortinet NSE.
Work Setup
Fixed night shift, 10:00pm to 7:00am Manila time (11:00pm to 8:00am from November to March), with a one-hour lunch. Fully remote after two weeks of onsite onboarding at our BGC office, then one or two office visits a month. We provide a business-grade laptop. You’ll need reliable home internet with a backup connection, and backup power.
