LJCDS seeks an accomplished and strategic Assistant Head of School / Chief Financial & Operating Officer to join the leadership team beginning in Spring or Summer 2027.

Reporting directly to the Head of School, the CFOO serves as a key institutional leader responsible for the School's financial stewardship, operational effectiveness, campus planning, facilities, risk management, and long-term sustainability. As a trusted advisor to the Head of School and Board of Trustees, the CFOO plays a critical role in shaping strategy, aligning resources with mission-driven priorities, and ensuring the School is well positioned for future success.

With a strong financial foundation, a thriving enrollment, and an engaged community, the School is poised to build upon its momentum and continue advancing its strategic vision. The CFOO will provide leadership across finance, business operations, facilities, campus planning, security, technology, and enterprise risk management while partnering closely with colleagues across the institution to support exceptional educational experiences for students and families.
