• The R&D team has a requirement to procure high-precision servo motors from a manufacturer in Germany. The manufacturer has its entire staff including product development and support in Germany. The supplier can supply the motors either directly to us if we are willing to make a payment in USD and taking care of importing the same to India, or via a third-party distributor they already have in India. What are the factors you would evaluate to decide which of the two options is better for CynLr? Please elaborate your thought process.
