Since 1975, ServiTech has provided industry-leading agronomic services to help growers measure fertility, tailor inputs, and optimize yields. The Lab Customer Service Representative I will effectively contribute to the Laboratory team by providing excellent service and fulfilling the daily responsibilities to ensure quality, problem resolution and to establish reliability and convenience for customers of ServiTech. This position is critical to the safety of animals’ lives, natural resources, and the environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide excellent service: Utilize professional communication, teamwork, and strong organizational skills to work efficiently without compromising quality.
- Manage sample processing: Focus on setting-up, drying, and logging samples across basic workgroups.
- Process correspondence and orders: Ensure prompt communication, timely processing of verbal and written correspondence, efficient data entry, order processing, and accurate recordkeeping.
- Serve customers: Use professional verbal and written communication skills to serve internal and external customers.
- Collaborate for success: Work with ServiTech team members, the Laboratory Manager, and/or the Chief Laboratory Officer to ensure growth and success.
- Commit to skill development: Continuously learn and develop necessary skills to contribute to lab operations, including sample preparation and processing.
- Uphold professional standards: Maintain a professional image by proactively taking responsibility, troubleshooting, working well individually and as a team, and ensuring quality, productivity, efficiency, and safety.
- Support general operations: Perform other duties as assigned by management.
