Responsibilities

- Oversee quality control measures, ensuring all gemological evaluations meet rigorous industry benchmarks.

- Maintain strict compliance with internal and external standards regarding laboratory safety and procedures.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Possess 6 to 10 years of relevant work experience in laboratory management or a related field.
- Demonstrate proven expertise in team management and the ability to lead diverse, cross-cultural groups.
- Exhibit strong English communication skills suitable for professional and technical environments.
- Have hands-on experience with Quality Control and Standards implementation in a laboratory setting.
- Hold specific experience with GIA (Gemological Institute of America) protocols and standards.
- Show a track record of improving operational efficiency within technical or scientific operations.
- Possess a competitive salary expectation aligned with the market rate of ₹28 LPA.
