💰 Up to $3,400/month
Job Scope:
• Manage laboratory inventory, samples and operational records
• Track inventory accuracy, stock levels and sample discrepancies
• Support purchasing, billing and vendor coordination
• Prepare reports and monitor laboratory expenditure
• Maintain SOPs, documentation and data integrity requirements
• Support audits, investigations and process improvement projects
• Assist with laboratory digitalisation and inventory system initiatives
Requirements:
• Min. ITE / Higher NITEC / Diploma in any relevant field
• Experience in inventory, purchasing, billing, logistics or lab operations preferred
• cGMP / ISO 17025 laboratory experience advantageous
• Strong documentation, coordination and analytical skills
