Application Support Engineer / Lead
- Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Three (3) years of experience in application support, production operations, or a related IT support role.
- Experience supporting and troubleshooting MuleSoft APIs and integration workflows.
- Experience supporting applications built on .NET Core, .NET Framework, and C#.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or equivalent ticketing system for incidents and change management.
- Strong SQL skills for querying and troubleshooting Microsoft SQL Server and Azure SQL databases.
- Experience with Git and GitHub for repository management and deployment pipeline support.
- Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and change management processes.
