The Lab Technician 1 plays a vital role in our mission by maintaining procedural integrity, ensuring high-quality, reliable results, and supporting the overall efficiency of the lab. The analytical results produced directly affect our customers' bottom line and are critical to the safety of natural resources, the environment, and animal life.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform entry-level testing across all areas of the laboratory and operate standard instrumentation.
- Responsible for routine maintenance and housekeeping duties as directed to support overall lab efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with team members and Laboratory Management to ensure successful operational workflow and customer success.
- Continuously develop new skills to contribute effectively to the Laboratory team.
- Maintain professionalism by prioritizing safety, quality assurance, efficiency, and proactive troubleshooting.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
