- Testing and repairing at the circuit board component level, such as high frequency chargers, power supplies and algae management systems.
- Convert and rework the variety of voltage and amperage for electronic products.
- Test and reprogram a variety of circuit boards and electronic products.
- Maintain quality on all reworked products while documenting all rework hours.
- QC inspection and repair of components and boards.
- Learn various calibrations in testing to test all products.
- De-solder, and re-solder printed circuit boards.
- Calibrate boards and interpret numbers.
- Troubleshoot with customer calls and/or email.
- Maintain and record accurate documentation.
- Work closely with Quality Control on corrective actions.
- Access Engineering records for revisions on company internal servers.
- Maintain confidential equipment, supplier, engineering, and customer information.
