Support the daily operation of Vibram’s Portland Studio with a focus on rapid prototyping, mold making, sample creation, equipment operation, and hands-on problem solving.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly capable maker who enjoys solving problems, building prototypes, and working with cutting-edge tools and technologies. You'll collaborate closely with designers, developers, testing teams, and industry-leading footwear partners to bring new concepts to life and help expand the capabilities of the Portland Studio.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on, curious, and resourceful problem solver who works with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
