Lab Technician

Join the diagnostic laboratory of a leading healthcare facility in Saudi Arabia. This role suits a BMLT/DMLT-qualified technician with accredited-hospital experience who is Prometric-passed or ready to complete SCFHS classification.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine and specialised diagnostic tests across haematology, biochemistry, microbiology and related sections.
• Receive, label, process and store biological specimens in line with chain-of-custody and biosafety protocols.
• Calibrate, run quality controls on and maintain laboratory analysers and equipment.
• Record and report results accurately and on time; escalate critical values per facility policy.
• Maintain strict compliance with international clinical quality and accreditation standards.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (BMLT / DMLT).
• Minimum 3 years of clinical laboratory experience in an accredited hospital or diagnostic lab.
• Prometric passed / SCFHS licensed, or willing to undergo Saudi Council classification.
• Attention to detail and sound understanding of clinical quality systems.
