Lab Test Engineer

Summary

As a Lab Test Engineer, you'll conduct hands-on experimentation and problem-solving to ensure packaging solutions meet customer, quality, and regulatory expectations, using AutoCAD and Excel to support new product initiatives and enhance laboratory capabilities.

Your new role

As part of a highly collaborative technical team, you will help ensure packaging solutions meet customer, quality, and regulatory expectations through hands-on experimentation and problem-solving. The role combines analytical thinking with practical execution, allowing you to support new product initiatives, troubleshoot performance issues, and contribute to the continual enhancement of products, processes, and laboratory capabilities. The position offers exposure to multiple functions and a clear opportunity to develop subject matter expertise within a regulated industry.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Relevant qualifications in Packaging, Engineering, Chemistry, Science, or a related discipline
  • Fresh graduates and early-career professionals with up to 2 years of experience in laboratory, testing, analytical, or engineering environments are encouraged to apply
  • Basic proficiency in AutoCAD or similar CAD/design software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using Excel and preparing technical documentation
  • Exposure to medical devices, packaging, or regulated quality environments, coupled with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
