Do you have solid experience as a labor lawyer?

We are looking for a person to work as a Labor Lawyer to join an RPO project on a stable basis. If you are a professional with consolidated experience in the labor area, capable of managing, providing responses, and legal solutions to your clients in a professional manner, this is the offer you have been looking for!

What you'll do

¿Comprehensive Labor Advisory: Providing legal support and technical-legal advice to the different business units regarding labor law and concordant regulations applicable to the temporary work, outsourcing, and consulting sector ¿Management of disciplinary proceedings, calculation of indemnities, objective dismissals, geographic mobility, and MSCT ¿Management of Labor Documentation: Drafting and reviewing labor-type documents (contracts, annexes, communications) ensuring compliance with brand standards and corporate policies. ¿Management of Labor Litigation and Claims: Coordinating the resolution of labor inquiries, files, and judicial or administrative proceedings, working jointly with external law firms or advisors

What we're looking for

-Completed academic training in Law, Labor Relations, or Social Science Degree.

-Bilingual English level B2

-Residency in Madrid.

-Must have their own vehicle.

-Availability for immediate incorporation.

-Solid experience in the labor legal area.

-Experience in direct interaction with clients.

-Autonomous, organized, and results-oriented profile.
