A leading Big 4 consulting firm is seeking a senior manager or director-level labor market policies and strategy professional to lead the delivery of a strategic public sector engagement in Saudi Arabia.
Requirements
Key requirements
- 12+ years of experience in labour market policies, employment strategies, workforce development, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of labor market policies and strategies in Saudi Arabia and internationally.
- Demonstrated experience in developing, reviewing, or supporting labor market strategies, employment policies, and workforce development initiatives.
- Familiarity with international frameworks and standards of organizations such as:
- International Labour Organization (ILO)
- World Bank
- United Nations (UN)
- Experience engaging with senior government stakeholders, including ministerial and executive leadership.
- Strong strategic thinking, policy analysis, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Previous experience supporting government entities or public sector transformation initiatives is preferred.
- Experience in the GCC and public sector advisory projects is highly desirable.

- Onsite assignment in Saudi Arabia.
