Labor Relations Technician

What you'll do
●Job evaluation at hierarchical and functional levels.
●Labor relations with the workforce and conflict resolution.
●Labor relations with the various works councils and union sections.
●Communication and preparation of files for labor inspections and trials.
●Monitoring compliance with labor regulations and legal interpretation & assistance with new legislative developments.
●Training, career plans, and employee promotion.
●Preparation of statistics, reports, costs, and salary forecasting.
●Interpretation and application of Collective Agreements.
What we're looking for
●University degree in Labor Relations, Law, Labor Sciences...
●Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position.
●Languages: Advanced Catalan and Spanish. Intermediate English.
●Knowledge of Meta4, labor law, Equality Plans, salary audits, Office suite...
What you'll get

●Flexible schedules: Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00.
