Laboratory Assistant Manager ( Biomedical ,Clinical Lab ) / Pay up 6.5 K #HVN

KeyAccountabilities

· Coordinates the daily activities and supervisesthe execution of the work.

· Planning in the laboratory.

· Supervision of compliance with the safety ruleswithin the department.

· Monitors the operation of the equipment.

· Acts as the point of contact for the LaboratoryTechnicians and Laboratory Management.

· Daily activities are coordinated, questions areanswered and problems are solved.

· The quality of work within the department ismonitored to ensure that they meet the standards.

· Solves more complex problems.

· Monitor Analytical and post analytical issuesrelated to samples including investigation and remediation of the same.

· Proposals made to optimize work processes andprocedures and work regulations have been drawn up.

Requirement

· Minimum 8-10 years’ work experience in a centrallab or clinical laboratory.

· Control of MS Office and the Software packagesof the devices at the laboratory.

· Use of Biorad URT / similar application.

· Troubleshooting related to assay , QC or PTfailures.
