Laboratory Assistant / Quality Department

About the role

Support position in laboratory and quality control, performing physico-chemical analyses, sampling, and recording results, ensuring compliance with quality and food safety standards.

What you'll do

Sampling and preparation of olives, brines, and finished products.

Performing basic physico-chemical analyses: pH, acidity, salinity, moisture.

Support in microbiological controls under technical supervision.

Recording and filing of results following internal protocols.

Cleaning, basic maintenance, and calibration of laboratory materials and equipment.

What we're looking for

Training in laboratory, quality, chemistry, food industry, or similar.

Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented person.

Availability to work rotating shifts.

Nice to have

Previous experience in physico-chemical analysis or quality control is valued.

Previous experience valued

What you'll get
