- Developing a complete understanding of key account processes and coating needs.
- Develop an understanding of current technology and methodology used for coating evaluation within the ANZ Packaging Group.
- Assist in resolving customer issues and complaints through effective laboratory investigation of issues and solutions.
- Carry out, under supervision, formulation modifications that will ensure improvements required are achieved to maintain current business (MOB).
- Carry out, under supervision, new product development work that will meet the current and future needs of the customers, in ANZ and in Asia.
- Work with ANZ team members to provide support for current product range, including order processing, product shelf-life extensions and technical reports.
- Maintenance of laboratory equipment, supplies and general housekeeping.
- Maintenance of technical documents as instructed. TDS and SDS.
FORMAL EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree or above in Chemistry.
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
At least 5 years of relevant laboratory experience.
Good communication and writing skills.
Good understanding of Microsoft software.
Good understanding of databased systems.
Coating related working experience
