Proven experience leading laboratory operations within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
A background in Chemistry, Metrology, Engineering, Quality, Measurement Sciences, or a related field.
Strong expertise in testing, validation, calibration, measurement systems, or laboratory processes.
Experience managing technical teams and developing people.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluency in both French and English.
