About the Role

We are seeking a Laboratory Manager to lead operations in Singapore. This role is critical in maintaining international accreditations, ensuring quality assurance, and driving safe, efficient laboratory practices. You’ll oversee daily lab operations, manage compliance, and lead a small team to deliver consistently valid results.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the laboratory team.

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations, equipment upkeep, and procurement.

• Manage budgets, reporting, and financial planning for the lab.

• Ensure compliance with international accreditation standards.

• Drive safety culture and emergency preparedness.

Requirements

• Degree in Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.

• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in laboratory or engineering environments.

• Familiarity with local regulatory requirements (SCDF, NEA, MOM).

• Strong background in safety, risk management, and quality systems.

• Confident leader, able to work independently and guide a team.
