Laboratory Manager (Environmental Chemistry) #HCK

Working Days: 5-Day Work Week

We are seeking an experienced Laboratory Manager to lead our Environmental Chemistry laboratory . This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong leader with expertise in environmental testing, laboratory quality systems, and operational management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily laboratory operations to ensure efficient workflow and timely, accurate testing

• Ensure compliance with SAC-SINGLAS, ISO/IEC 17025, EHS requirements, and company quality standards

• Oversee laboratory quality systems, audits, CAPA, and continuous improvement initiatives

• Manage laboratory instrumentation, method validation, and technical review of reports

• Lead, mentor, and develop the laboratory team while driving operational excellence

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline

• Minimum 8 years of laboratory experience, with strong expertise in environmental testing

• Hands-on experience in water, wastewater/sludge, and soil testing

• Strong knowledge of SAC-SINGLAS and ISO/IEC 17025 (Signatory status preferred)

• Minimum 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience

• Experience in laboratory audits, CAPA, and quality management systems
