Laboratory Quality Management Specialist

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY As a Laboratory Quality Management Specialist, you will: Assure implementation and maintenance of laboratory quality management programs and compliance with applicable laboratory regulations, standards, and accreditation requirements. Develop, revise, and evaluate laboratory quality policies, procedures, protocols, and standards to support continuous process improvement. Conduct internal and external quality audits to assess regulatory compliance, identify deficiencies, and recommend corrective actions. Evaluate laboratory workspaces and operations to ensure compliance with federal, state, and organizational safety and health requirements.
