We are seeking a reliable laborer/ entry-level maintenance tech for our high-end property, Atrium at The Village. This two-building, 134-apartment home property has an outstanding reputation in the community.
The successful candidate will have a great work ethic and willingness to keep the property in top order. Duties include:
The successful candidate will have a great work ethic and willingness to keep the property in top order. Duties include:
- Light grounds, snow removal, and cleaning (there is a full-time cleaner and outside contractors as well)
- Assisting with turns alongside the maintenance supervisor
- Basic work orders
- Basic maintenance (if you have the aptitude, we can teach)
- Managing the recycling and garbage pick-ups
- Keeping the indoor garages clean
- Good customer service and a pleasant demeanor are important
Must be able to handle the position's physical requirements, which may include shoveling snow and lifting 50+ pounds.
A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record, reliable transportation to use for work, and ability to pass a background check and drug screen (we screen for marijuana) are all requirements for the position.
