Looking to get started in construction and exterior remodeling? Join M&M Home Remodeling Services in Crete as a member of our labor team.
You’ll train on a larger crew alongside a project manager, learning the work while helping the team complete projects. This is an entry point into M&M for someone who enjoys physical work, takes direction well, and wants to learn.
- Work alongside a project manager and experienced crew members.
- Learn how to assist with exterior remodeling projects.
- Help load, unload, move, and organize tools and materials.
- Assist with jobsite setup, cleanup, and daily project needs.
- Use ladders and perform work at heights.
- Follow safety procedures and help keep work areas organized.
- A willingness to learn, follow directions, and contribute to the team.
- Dependability and readiness for early morning starts.
- Comfort with physical work, ladders, and working at heights.
- A valid driver’s license or reliable transportation to our Crete office.
Previous physical labor experience is preferred, but construction experience is not required. Welding, tower work, landscaping, warehouse work, moving, manufacturing, and other hands-on backgrounds can be a good fit.
- $23 per hour, paid strictly hourly.
