LAN/MAN_Sr. BMC Software Design Engineer

About the Role：
We develop OpenBMC-based firmware, diagnostics, and manufacturing test software for BMC/DC-SCM platforms, from SoC bring-up to platform integration. The team currently supports AST2600 while building the next-generation AST2700 platform

Key Responsibilities：
1. Develop and customize OpenBMC/Yocto for BMC platforms
2. Bring up AST2700 platforms, including U-Boot, kernel/BSP, and device tree
3. Develop and validate IPMI/Redfish management functions
4. Integrate and validate host interfaces such as PECI, APML, eSPI, and LPC
5. Develop diagnostic and manufacturing test software
6. Debug system-level issues across firmware and hardware
7. Work with customers, HW R&D, and factories on requirements and production introduction
