Primary Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team comprising EITs, designers, and CAD draftsmen to generate construction plans, exhibits, reports, tables, etc., as requested or required by clients.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations and deliverables essential for the progress of single-family residential and commercial projects.
- Apply advanced techniques, theories, precepts, and practices in a specialized engineering field and related sciences and disciplines.
- Plan, coordinate, and lead a substantial and significant engineering project or multiple smaller projects, each with intricate features.
- Engage with clients and other consultants, requiring effective communication skills.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
- Licensed Professional Engineer
Experience Requirements:
- Over 7 years of post-graduate experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to cultivate robust relationships
