LAND SURVEYOR

(A) Essential Job Functions:

The Land Surveyor is responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

  • Perform setting out of works, including alignment, levels, and coordinates based on approved drawings.
  • Establish and maintain survey control points (horizontal and vertical).
  • Conduct topographic surveys and site measurements.
  • Verify construction works to ensure accuracy and compliance with design specifications.
  • Prepare and update survey records, reports, and as-built drawings.
  • Operate and maintain survey instruments such as total station, GPS, and levelling equipment.
  • Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors on survey requirements.
  • Identify and report discrepancies between site conditions and drawings.

(B) Minimum Qualifications/ Job Experience:

  • Diploma/Degree in Land Surveying or Geospatial Information and Technology or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as a Surveyor.
