Summary

A Land Surveyor measures land and site layouts for construction projects using surveying tools and software, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.

The Land Surveyor is responsible in ensuring accurate land measurements and site layout for building projects undertaken by the Company.

  • Conduct land, topographical, and as-built surveys for construction projects.
  • Perform site setting-out and verification in accordance with engineering drawings.
  • Use surveying instruments (Total Station, GPS, Levels) to gather field data.
  • Prepare survey reports, drawings, and maintain proper documentation.
  • Work closely with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure alignment and accuracy.
  • Ensure all work complies with regulatory and safety standards.

The Requirements

  • Degree in Land Surveying, Geomatics, or related field with minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction projects.
  • Proficient in surveying software and equipment (e.g., Leica, Trimble, AutoCAD).
  • Registered Surveyor under SISV will be an added advantage.
  • Willingness to work night shifts will be an added advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills; team player.
