Job Summary
You will conduct land and engineering surveys to support construction projects, ensuring accurate site boundary and land title measurements that inform project planning and execution.
Responsibilities
- Perform land and engineering surveys to determine site boundaries and land titles for construction projects
- Analyze land use, housing, and traffic patterns through survey data to support project planning
- Execute both general measurements and precise, detailed studies depending on survey requirements
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma in Land Surveying or relevant qualification
- Minimum 3 years of experience in building surveying
