We are interviewing candidates to join our team as Additional Services Crew Member. We are looking for the following traits in all applicants:

What you’d be responsible for...
- Working alongside your crew leader to ensure all landscape additional service work is performed in accordance with both industry and PCL standards from project start through completion, with an attention to quality and details.
- Additional services are considered the installations of mulch, pine straw, seasonal color, granular fertilizer in ornamental beds, granular weed pre-emergent in ornamental beds, warm season aerations, and aerating & overseeding, and pre-maintenance clean ups.
- Help execute daily production goals as assigned by the crew leader while working efficiently to accomplish gross profit goals.
- Sharing the responsibility of upkeep and management of tools and equipment you and your crew leader utilize daily.

- A minimum of two (1) year of landscape experience including maintenance and installation with a basic knowledge of softscapes.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers.
- Ability to lift a minimum of fifty (50) pounds on a consistent basis.
When you’d be working...
- Monday through Thursday – 7:00-4:30, 40-45 hours per week, with possible Friday flexibility required due to seasonal needs, weather and holidays. This is a year round position.
