Our client is looking for a Project Landscape Architect/Designer to join their award-winning team.
Job Title: Landscape Architect
Location: Plymouth Michigan
Pay Range: $65,000/ yearly - $95,000+ yearly (Based on experience level)
Work Hours: Monday to Friday 8AM to 5PM
Type of Employment: Permanent, direct hire

Responsibilities & Duties
The Project Landscape Architect will assist with a variety of project tasks, including:* Supporting project design and concept development
* Preparing design documents, presentation graphics, and visual materials
* Researching products, materials, and site-related information
* Preparing construction documents in AutoCAD
* Assisting with construction phase services
* Attending project meetings
* Collaborating with staff, clients, consultants, and project teams

Qualifications and Skills
The ideal candidate will have:* 3-8 years of professional experience
* Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or Architecture
* Strong skills in construction documents and presentation graphics
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Cloud, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
* Experience with SketchUp Pro and Lumion is a plus
* Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and time management skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
* Professional communication skills and the ability to interface with clients, consultants, and team members
* Project management experience or the ability to grow into a project management role
* Licensure preferred, but not required
