Pay: $19–$24 per hour (based on experience) + Bonuses in Summer and Year-End!

What You’ll Do
As a Landscape Construction Crew Member, you’ll work closely with the Foreman and your team to complete construction projects. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with installation of irrigation and softscape features
- Preparing and grading sites
- Operating hand tools and light power equipment
- Following directions to ensure high-quality, efficient work
- Maintaining a clean and safe job site
- Supporting the Foreman with materials handling and job progress
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Previous construction or landscaping experience preferred, but willing to train the right person
- Physical Ability: Able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Team Player: Works well with others and takes direction
- Credentials: Valid driver’s license preferred; must comply with E-Verify
- Positive Attitude: Reliable, hardworking, and eager to learn
