What You’ll Do
- Meet with clients to design custom, high-end residential landscape projects tailored to their vision and lifestyle.
- Create compelling proposals, presentations, and estimates that build excitement and confidence.
- Develop detailed, buildable plans using AutoCAD and 3D design software.
- Collaborate with field supervisors, subcontractors, and procurement teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Guide projects from concept through completion while delivering an exceptional client experience.
- Review project budgets, costs, and profitability to support overall success.
- Generate and cultivate leads during the off-season to prepare for upcoming projects.
- Contribute fresh ideas and creative solutions that keep Suncrest Gardens at the forefront of the industry.
- Participate in ongoing sales meetings, training, and professional development opportunities.
