Landscape Designer — Full time
Our client is seeking a professional Landscape Designer to manage landscape projects from concept to completion.
Responsibilities:
- Attend site briefings and client meetings to define project requirements.
- Develop landscape designs and select appropriate planting palettes.
- Prepare and present professional project proposals to clients.
- Conduct site measurements and manage necessary design amendments.
- Create cost estimates, Bill of Quantities, and tender quotes.
- Coordinate with suppliers, operations personnel, and project stakeholders.
- Produce technical drawings and As-Built documentation.
- Draft maintenance reports and attend relevant follow-up meetings.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Landscape Architecture, Design, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the landscape industry.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD for drafting and design work.
- Competency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication skills with a positive, proactive working attitude.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet project deadlines.
- Strong plant knowledge is considered a significant advantage.
