Landscape Drafter (BIM Modeler / AutoCAD)

Job Responsibilities

· Develop and maintain 2D drawings and 3D BIM models for landscape and irrigation works in accordance with project requirements and design specifications.

· Prepare detailed shop drawings, construction drawings, as-built drawings, and BIM models.

· Ensure all drawings, models, and project deliverables comply with relevant standards, specifications, and project requirements.

· Coordinate with the internal project team, main contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to facilitate smooth project execution and ensure timely submissions.

· Update drawings and BIM models based on design revisions, site conditions, and coordination requirements.

Requirements

· Diploma or Degree in Landscape Architecture or a related discipline.

· BIM training or certification is an advantage.

· Minimum1–2 years of relevant working experience in Singapore. Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications and strong technical skills are welcome to apply.

· Proficient in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud, Navisworks, and other relevant BIM modelling software.

· Knowledge of landscape construction detailing, irrigation systems, and technical drawing standards is an advantage.

· Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary project team.

· Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

· Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
