Landscape Estimator (Salesperson)

Are you experienced in estimating landscape, hardscape projects, and snow/ice management contracts while ensuring accuracy while keeping budgets in check? What you’ll do:
• Estimate costs for landscape and hardscape projects, ensuring accuracy in materials, labor, and equipment
• Review blueprints, site plans, and specifications to create detailed takeoffs
• Prepare bids and proposals that align with client budgets and project goals
• Collaborate with project managers and designers to refine estimates and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Analyze materials and labor requirements to ensure efficiency and profitability
• Communicate with vendors and subcontractors to secure pricing and availability
• Conduct site visits to assess conditions and confirm scope of work
What we’re looking for:
• Experience in landscape, snow/ice or construction estimating (residential or commercial)
• Tech-savvy mindset – Ability to work efficiently with estimating software, AI tools, and spreadsheets
• Strong understanding of materials, labor costs, and construction methods
• Knowledge of grading, drainage, and hardscape installation
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
