Landscape Executive

About the Role

  • Oversee the maintenance of the trees, landscape, shrubs, hedges, ground covers, turf, potted plants, green wall, climbers, green roofs, Auto-drip irrigation system and water features system maintenance and grow lights of Client's department properties and estate.

  • Attend to feedback and carry out the necessary follow-up action required to close case within service level agreement stipulated in the FMC Contract.

  • Attend to incident (e.g. fallen trees, fallen branches which may cause disruption or injury to others or property damage, etc.), prepare and submit incident report.

  • Conduct site inspections.

  • Supervise and coordinate with landscape contractor and independent arborist engaged for the landscape and arboriculture work.

  • Prepare cost estimates, proposals, and contract for ad-hoc works.

  • Provide updates to the client when required.

  • Assist in the preparation of monthly KPI presentation and management reports.

  • Attend monthly KPI meetings or any meetings requested by Client.

  • Attend site or online meetings with relevant stakeholders when required.

  • Assist in the trees registration system. [using mobile app under guidance of client]

  • Familiar with the use of e-PTW and Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)

  • Ensure the term contractor under his or her charge do comply with safe work procedures.

  • Liaising with relevant authorities such as National Parks Board, NEA, LTA and SLA and attending to feedback and complaints concerning horticultural/Arboriclutural matters

  • Any other work assignment required by the reporting officer or the client.

About You

  • ITC in Landscape Management / Landscape Design & Horticulture, or WSQ Advanced Certificate in Landscape Supervision, or WSQ Diploma in Landscape Management.

  • Certified Practicing Horticulturist.

  • ISA Certified Arborist (added advantage).

  • Possess hands-on experience and knowledge in identifying early signs of poor plant and tree health, pest infestation and bring to the attention of the Certified Arborist for further investigation.

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in arboriculture and landscape management.

  • Strong technical knowledge in horticulture maintenance practices.

  • Experience in managing contractors and site operations.
