Agape Lawn Company is hiring a Landscape Maintenance & Mowing Manager to oversee daily mowing and landscape maintenance operations. You will manage crews, coordinate schedules, oversee budgets, and drive operational efficiency and department profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction. Our ideal candidate is someone with a strong background in landscape maintenance operations, proven leadership experience, and the ability to manage larger teams while delivering exceptional results.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily mowing and landscape maintenance operations across multiple crews.
- Manage crew leaders, field employees, scheduling, and daily assignments.
- Monitor and manage departmental budgets, labor costs, productivity, and operational profitability.
- Ensure all properties meet company quality and customer service standards.
- Conduct property inspections and resolve service-related concerns.
- Train, develop, and hold team members accountable for performance.
- Coordinate equipment maintenance, repairs, and fleet readiness.
- Work with leadership to improve operational processes, efficiency, and department profitability.
