Lead a landscape maintenance crew while delivering exceptional service and keeping properties looking their best. We’re looking for a dependable, safety-minded leader who takes pride in their work and their team.

• Lead, train, and motivate the maintenance crew to complete daily routes efficiently and to a high standard.
• Operate and oversee the safe use of landscape maintenance equipment and vehicles.
• Inspect properties, identify maintenance needs, and communicate recommendations to supervisors and clients.
• Complete daily 360° vehicle and equipment inspections and ensure proper cleanliness, safety, and maintenance.
• Follow all safety procedures and ensure crew members do the same.
• Complete required paperwork, service records, and client instructions accurately.
• Communicate with clients professionally and help resolve service concerns.
• Identify and sell additional services that benefit our clients and their properties.
• Manage daily workflow, quality control, materials, equipment, and job completion.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
