Job Summary
Join a small landscape firm to lead teams in landscape maintenance, arboriculture, and upgrading projects. Manage resources, coordinate with clients and contractors, and ensure safety and quality on site.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of workers, including hiring when necessary, to deliver landscape projects effectively
- Conduct site surveys to assess conditions and prepare accurate cost estimates for projects
- Coordinate manpower and allocate resources efficiently to complete landscape maintenance, arboriculture, and upgrading tasks
- Communicate and schedule work timelines with clients to ensure alignment and satisfaction
- Liaise with outsourced contractors specializing in hardscape and irrigation works to integrate services smoothly
- Oversee onsite operations, monitor safety compliance, and address any hazards promptly
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in landscaping, with a preference for arboriculture and hardscape expertise
- Skills in landscape designing, landscape maintenance, and irrigation design to support diverse project needs
