A Quantity Surveyor prepares cost estimates, manages contracts, and monitors budgets for landscaping projects using software like CostX and AutoCAD.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and budgets.
- Manage contracts, tenders, and procurement.
- Monitor cost control, reporting, and payments.
- Handle variations, claims, and final accounts.
🔹 Requirements:
- Diploma in Quantity Surveying/Landscaping or related field.
- Experience in cost estimation, contracts (FIDIC, JCT), and procurement.
- Proficiency in CostX, AutoCAD, or similar software.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
